  • Here I Am, Rock You Like A Hurricane

Posted by Travis on October 25, 2007

After many many months of high anticipation Thinking Out Loud @ TravisPaulding.com is in action! I have deliberated for over a year about starting a blog. I figure, what do I have to say that is important enough for others to want to read it. Finally I realize that I have TONS of important things to say. Ok, not really. I don’t have any insight to things that many others already don’t, a sad realization for me. However, after talking to my “Blog Boy” coworker and spending probably too much time reading the blogs of friends, friends of friends and of many people with similar interests, I decided to jump in.

I hope to accomplish a few things here:

    1. Journaling – There are so many thoughts that run around in my head. Maybe if I write them down, they will go away. If they don’t go away, maybe they will develop into something worth while.
    2. Entertainment – If it makes me smile, its worth something right? OK, hopefully things you will encounter here will make you laugh or at least smile.
    3. Insight – As I learn things in relation to “worship-enhancing technology” I intend to share them here, with hopes that others will offer their own insight as well. Together we can impact the world for the Kingdom.
    4. None of the above – I reserve the right to say and do things here that do not fit into categories 1, 2 or 3.

So, with all that being said…

    WELCOME!

I hope you enjoy your stay. Ok, actually, I just hope you come back.

Drop a line sometime to let me know you stopped by.

    -Travis

    19. Gracie's grandparents Said,

wow! travy, this is really something. Someday you’ll have to teach us what your saying. Except for the cute comments I understood nothing you were talking about. I guess I can be glad Gracie is actually going to have a chance for high intelligence or at least the ability to sound like she does. The Hillsong was incredible, brought me to tears, which, I know, is not hard to do. We are so very proud of you(and our daughter). Keep on talking. Love, your beloved in-laws and Gracie’s favorite, really cool grandparents.

    20. Shannon Lewis Said,

Btw…you are invited to our house for Halloween…Davidson, Moncus, Paulding (if you would like) and the Lewis’…small crowd…hot chili, our front porch, passing out candy. Sorry we forgot to invite you this morning.
      blessings!

    21. Jenny F. Said,

      Good to see you blogging!
